In addition to the mandatory participation in the appointments, there are also meetings with peer groups with at least 2 other participants (about every 2 weeks, in which research, philosophizing, sharing life...) and once a month - in between - an online meeting with me, in which all questions that arise can be asked.

COSTS for the entire annual seminar

One-time payment of Euro 1500,-
at the beginning of the seminar or monthly payment of Euro 150,- (12 months) by binding standing order - due to the significant additional costs for administration (bookkeeping, incoming goods inspection,...).

Depending on the number of participants, there is an additional charge of around 50 euros per weekend for hot soup, bread, cake, room hire, etc.

In financial emergency situations, the fee can be arranged with me separately, we will always find a solution.

A therapeutic awareness group for young people

We are all traumatized in different ways - filled with pain.
.personally - through our history
.epigenetically - through the history of our ancestors
.socially - through the paradigm of our society, the pursuit of money, power and success, the demand for performance and constant comparison.

We are currently deeply affected by the coronavirus pandemic and its consequences, by the war in Ukraine and other countries, by increasing environmental disasters, by segregation and egocentrism, by increasing violence and emotional coldness.

We distract ourselves through addictions, which are often socially supported - through drugs of all kinds, through work addiction, money addiction, consumer addiction, media addiction, alcohol addiction, gambling addiction, ... in order not to feel the pain.

Our body, our soul and our mind are in a permanent state of alarm, which manifests itself in illnesses that are diagnosed and written down by the outside world as a kind of malfunction. We often feel frozen in the same patterns, full of fear, full of desires and confused, even despairing.

But we can learn to recognize, love and heal ourselves from within.
Every pain is an indication of our own longing, our essence - our true being. We are compassion, love, knowledge, we are tenderness and connectedness. We love to shape our lives in a meaningful, joyful and lively way.

We seem to be stuck.
And there are ways of solving problems and developing potential that I would like to make available and that we can shape together as a group.

We can practice:
Accepting and learning to love ourselves from the heart
Releasing our traumas step by step
Getting to know and marvel at our essence, our very being
Healing ourselves tenderly through everyday research and sharing
Working together with other young seekers
Then making ourselves available to our fellow human beings, to Mother Earth, to Living Life from the heart, full of joy and meaning.

These are the key elements of our work.
