It is clear and obvious that all the communal fields, including the current economic system, are in upheaval. Triggered by the coronavirus pandemic, excessive demands, collapses, the withdrawal or reallocation of funds, increasing environmental pollution, refugee crises ... all these systems have reached the limits of what is possible. We tend to blame each other. "If only the others would do something, then it would be better."
This makes us feel helpless, powerless, at the mercy of others, angry, desperate - and many of us end up giving up.

But what are the solutions?

  1.  We can - each and every one of us - change ourselves and thus also influence our environment.
  2.  We can - as people who are at the top - create a real, respectful WE, which means much more meaning, strength and abundance. And transform our institutions through inner growth.

How does the work unfold?

  • Presence - the presence of the spirit in the truest sense of the word - makes thoughtfulness possible.
  • Dissolving old ways of thinking, language and behavior patterns through insight - this is how change is created
  • Development of new concepts through the new communication form of dialog that involves all participants

"With the two weekends of awareness work in February and May 2022, I consciously set out to make changes in my life.
