People inspire me: Wherever they come from, whatever problems they have, awareness work can be applied every day: Dialogs can be practiced with men, women, children and in business.

My work is wide-ranging and suitable for everyday use. It develops potential in my fellow human beings and in me. It opens up spaces that were previously unthinkable.

We have created a glittering world in which we have to consume, travel and do things in order to escape ourselves. That's why life often seems meaningless and monotonous to us

As a mentor, I release old patterns, old forms, old traumas that continue to have an effect from the past and that generate a kind of automatism in us that we always repeat: whether in conflicts, in contact with people, at work. 

An essential part of my work is the development of a vibrant and fulfilling future. It becomes so real in us in the now that it appears to already exist. My work leads us to be so intimately in touch with our true self that we live and are in bright joy, deep fulfillment and lasting happiness.

1) Cor(e) management:
Exploring the core of problems - consciously dealing with the background. This leads to friendly insight and compassionate, lively understanding and to change.

2) Resolution processes - resolving issues from the past:
Both individuals and groups are entangled in issues from the past. We untie knots of thinking, interpretation of the world and behavior in the world. Similarly, problems of communication - of evaluating myself and/or others, of encounters. In this way, stagnation becomes creative movement again.

3) Practice - implementation in everyday life through awareness work:
Growing awareness and clarity arise on the basis of presence.
Insight leads to transformation over time.
New, vibrant and flourishing life unfolds.
Love for nature, our fellow human beings and ourselves is the way.
This is how life makes sense and is worth living.

The forms of my work are:
- Systemic constellation work for private individuals and companies/organizations
- Trauma solutions and solutions to old relationships and old patterns
- Realization of visions of the future in the now (Presencing (MIT) and Regnosis (M. Horx))
- Awareness work through exploration and dissolution of the learned "I" and
realization of the actual self
