Intensive development - development work, in between relaxation, play, laughter, swimming, hiking, doing nothing, rest!

FORMS OF WORK
are extremely diverse - ranging from intensive lectures (knowing why we do what we do!!!), pleasurable movement, deep meditation, playful "art" to systemic work, Buddhist psychology and research work and sensual, humorous, life-affirming forms of solutions.

Life is gray.

We begin to ask questions about ourselves, our partnership, our family, society...

And in trying to find an answer, a solution, we often run around in circles in our thoughts, actions and behavior - we can't find a way out of the same old traffic circle - we are trapped in old patterns, ways of thinking and feelings.

And - for a long time now, often secretly - we long for ourselves, our true life.

For blooming health, abundance and vitality.

For an intimate relationship - with myself, with loved ones.

For deep meaning, bright joy and enthusiasm - a vocation.

For compassion - genuine connection with ourselves, fellow human beings, animals, nature.

And usually we wait for it to happen - and it doesn't happen!!!

Living life begins anew this week - Easter week is fitting, as we are literally resurrected and reborn from the old suffering that is long gone.

This week is "only" about me - my truth, my life, my decisions - authenticity, aliveness - a future already lived!!!
